Ashrith loves the outdoors and can often be found hiking and camping when he’s not working. His welcoming sense of humour is his secret sauce when it comes to growing client relationships.
He has a Masters in Science from Carnegie Mellon and a bachelors in engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. He worked for several years in the U.S (PPM Tech, Boston Consulting Group, A T Kearney in South Asia and SEA) as an engineering manager and as a management consultant. His experience is diverse and has allowed him to work, manage, and lead teams in all areas of business and financial development. He’s driven profitability in energy sectors and planned five year growth strategies across industries. He’s also strategized and implemented growth maps for manufacturing plants in Hyderabad.
Ashrith has been lucky enough to gain deep knowledge in several areas including operations, management, design, supply, financial portfolio development, and a whole lot more. He’s also a certified scuba diver and seeks open minds and eclectic films in his spare time.
Satyanarayana is passionate about mentoring and sharing 16 years worth of professional knowledge with start-ups at diverse stages of their life cycles.
His quest for knowledge in his domain has resulted in numerous qualifications and certifications from IIM, Columbia Business School, Stanford University, and London School of Economics. He has a MBA from ISBM and dedicates much of his time to leadership and knowledge growth by facilitating and organizing talks and seminars at IIT(H) and ISB.
Satya’s professional experience extends to investment banking, venture capital strategy, advisory roles in major finance institutions, and working with HNI clients in investment.
His work has allowed him to gain a rigorous base of knowledge and real-world context in fund raising, capital structuring, business plans, expansion strategy, deal negotiations, and turnaround mapping.
He’s also a soccer-practice obsessed dad and volunteers time with his wife at a senior care home.
